Maven is the sweetest little bug. She arrived early and spent some time in the nicu, so you can imagine how lucky and eager I was to capture this special time. Sweet Maven proved how strong all nicu babes are by totally rocking her session. She was so tiny and so perfect. I think she felt at home at the Tiny Details studio because she seemed to enjoy the session, or at least I'll assume based on how she owned the camera with her sweet smiles.
Mom is a local high school teacher and I just could not resist the chance to accessorize Maven with these wayfarer glasses and pose her with my felted apple. For this session we were lucky enough to have both grandma and great grandma in the studio. We gave the family this beautiful four generation image to cherish together forever. Baby girl definitely feels at home with these women because we could not get her to open those eyes, but she gave us some when she was ready. We all also laughed quite a bit when babe didn't want to bend her arm. Come to think of it, was she just raising her hand to ask the teacher a question? Well, going with the flow of little Maven we got to capture some great images, just the way she wanted.

Dad was not able to make the newborn session, but we obviously had to get him in there! Look at this family! Maven needed the trio in her pics! We worked it out to have a quick 20 minute session early in the studio with these three and it was so worth it, these final images will live on forever and they will be treasured.
I love the way these images turned out and am honored to be the one to give them these precious memories.
