Please review the following agreement prior to booking your session.
Tiny Details Photography Session Agreement
1. Session Fee & Payment
A non-refundable session fee is required to reserve your session date and time. This fee covers the session experience only and does not include digital images or products, which are purchased separately.
2. Cancellation & No-Shows
If you cancel your session or do not attend, the session fee is forfeited. Your reserved time is held exclusively for you and is not offered to other clients.
3. Rescheduling & Late Arrivals
Rescheduling is permitted with at least 30 days’ notice and must take place within the same calendar year. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time or additional fees.
5. Session Participation
Parents are responsible for assisting with siblings and ensuring a calm, safe environment during the session.
6. Unforeseen Circumstances
If a session cannot be completed due to baby’s needs or unforeseen circumstances, rescheduling may be offered at the photographer’s discretion.
7. Artistic Discretion
Final images are selected and edited at the photographer’s discretion in alignment with the Tiny Details Photography style.
8. Image Delivery
Proofing galleries are delivered within 1–5 weeks depending on editing volume. Galleries remain available until their expiration date. Reopening a gallery may incur a fee.
9. Copyright & Usage
All images remain the property of Tiny Details Photography. Images may be used for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
Clients may share images with proper credit but may not alter, screenshot, or reproduce images without permission.
10. Digital Files & Print Use
Any digital files provided are for personal use only and may not be used commercially or reproduced by third parties.
11. Photographer Limitations
In the event of illness, emergency, or equipment failure, a reschedule or replacement session will be offered. If this is not possible, the session fee will be refunded.
12. Damages
Clients are responsible for any damages to studio property, props, or materials during the session.
13. Travel Fees
Sessions outside the designated service area may incur a travel fee.
14. Legal
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes will be handled through arbitration.
15. Ordering Appointment Fee
Additional ordering appointments may incur a session fee.
16. Gallery Reopening Fee
Reopening an expired gallery may incur an archival fee.
